“On the Road with Jesus!” Lent - 2025

Dear Members and Friends,
Here is the Lenten series:
“On the Road with Jesus.” To fully enjoy it you should find each scripture lesson in the Bible, read it, and then read the short commentary for that week. After the commentary there is a prayer. After the prayer there is a link to a piece of music that reflects that scripture for that week. Please enjoy this series, and I hope it helps you on your journey with Jesus during Lent.

Peace,
Pastor Eric

Love and justice are at the heart of our Presbyterian tradition. God’s immense love for us is the reason for our very existence. And as Christians, we are called by Jesus to show and share that love by ensuring justice for all people.

One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) gives us a way to share God’s love for justice. In fact, OGHS is the single largest way Presbyterians come together to work for a better world.

Through OGHS, you provide safety, sustenance and hope to people who lack access to food, clean water, sanitation, education and opportunity. Your kindness helps those who are fighting for their basic needs and changing structures that perpetuate poverty, oppression and injustice through the revolutionary act of sharing love.

Extend your care and compassion to our siblings in Christ by making a gift to OGHS today. Thank you for being as generous as you can.

The One Great Hour of Sharing offering will be received through Easter Sunday. Envelopes are available in the pews or donate online. When we all do a little, it adds up to a lot!

We can use volunteers, especially those with prior safety experience, to participate in walk-around safety inspections and ~quarterly Zoom safety committee sessions.

If interested, please contact John Barineau at
