What to Expect?
- Receive a warm welcome from the moment you enter the front doors. We have introduction brochures to give you lots of information about who we are
- There are care cards in the racks in each pew. On one side is a place to provide information about who you are, so we can add you to our mailings list and so the pastor can get to know you. The other side of the card is a place for prayer concerns
- Settle into the beautiful sanctuary and prepare for worship with a musical prelude
- Sing traditional and newer hymns and enjoy a variety of special music throughout the year
- Involve youth with a lively children’s sermon and worship activity bags
- There are rocking chairs and rugs at the back of the sanctuary because we encourage children to be part of worship and our community.
- Children leave the sanctuary after the children’s sermon for Sunday school
- Reflect on Scripture during a brief sermon that integrates biblical themes into our daily lives
- Experience a time of prayer and meditation as we share our joys and concerns with each other
- Enjoy a time of fellowship and community following worship in the back of the sanctuary

Where should I park?
A 50 space parking lot adjoins the building. Overflow street parking is accepted in the surrounding neighborhood.
Where do my kids go?
We want to make sure you and your child(ren) are welcomed and comfortable. Learn more here.
What should I wear?
Anything in which you are comfortable. The full spectrum from very casual (jeans, shorts, sandals, tee shirts) to more “dress up” (coats, ties, dresses) is observed on any given Sunday.

How do I join the church?
All are welcome!
- Let the pastors or an elder (or anyone!) know that you would like to become a member. There is also a place on the caring card in your pew to notate you would like to join.
- You may find real value from the Seeker/New Member Classes, offered a few times each year.
- We’ll pair you with a member of the church. We call them shepherds. It’s someone you can talk to, ask questions of, and learn more from their perspective.
- Near the end of the class, new members and their shepherds will meet with the church’s officers/leaders (called the Session) to get to know one another.
- At a service of worship new members will be introduced to the congregation and given opportunity to acknowledge their Christian faith and be welcomed into the church family.
